The Collection
While bedding is a saturated market, we somehow still couldn't find what we were looking for in the sheets department. We wanted something soft but sturdy, affordable but luxurious: utilitarian and elegant at once. Something with personality, but peaceful. We wanted our beds to look as good unmade as they are made. We recommend spraying them with orange blossom water before bed. And sleeping in late the next day.
The Design
Our Washed Cotton Duvet Cover has a crinkled and relaxed feel that normally takes years to achieve. Each piece is woven before being garment washed, creating a soft and textural hand-feel that looks good rumpled, and a coconut shell button closure and inside corner-ties that hold your duvet in place.
The Material
Our vintage-wash bed linens are dyed in small batches and percale-woven in OEKO-TEX certified cotton. Cotton is a stalwart natural textile, and it feels cool against your skin while keeping you warm in winter. Plus, ours will soften with every wash. Percale means they've got a crisp hand and matte look, and a 300-thread count means they've got the right weight. The higher the thread count, the more dense the material: keeping it at 300 gives the perfect balance between breathability and body.
The Maker
Because one of our main offices is in Istanbul, we were able to take our time scouting expert mills across Turkey, zeroing in on the highest-quality partner. Our supplier understands that quality textiles are only achieved with quality yarn, so they built their own yarn factory to ensure they only use the best. During multiple test rounds with them, we determined optimal softness and breathability, refined the design, and perfected each hue.

- Khaki is a cool, light taupe

The Design
Our Washed Cotton Duvet Cover has a crinkled and relaxed feel that normally takes years to achieve, and a coconut shell button closure and inside corner-ties that hold your duvet in place. This pattern was designed in partnership with Jenny Pennywood, the textile brand of painter Jen Garrido, who starts each design with lots of ink drawings on paper, which she eventually compiles into a pattern. Weave and Checks are classics from her library: the former has delicate, flowing lines, and the latter is a spin on a popular pattern, with more movement and texture. Palm is unique to Revival, featuring ebullient strokes, crosshatched like palm leaves.
