About our Swatch Program
We've made swatches of some of our bestselling rugs so you can understand their texture and color up-close. Swatches cost $25 and shipping is free, as are returns. If you return your swatch to us, we'll re-use it for the next customer to prevent waste.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 30-day returns for unused and unwashed products in like-new condition. Custom, clearance, and final sale items are excluded. Prepaid shipping labels are provided for all eligible returns and exchanges. For more return policy details, visit our Help Center.
